You build a cartoon of your boss: face, hair, glasses, headset, the fake bookshelf behind them. Then you start a pretend video call and say what you have always wanted to say, out loud or by typing.

A judge scores every line for wit, not volume. "You suck" gets 3 points. "You put a thirty minute meeting on my calendar to ask if I got your email" gets a lot more. Land enough and the boss melts down.
